I had a nice suggestion for a special edition ("fresh as the morning dew") but I'm not going there, I'm not. Wouldn't want people to stop guessing about the propriety of my morals, oh no....

Bone? Hmmmmmm.... with the picture of a sunbleached bone in the desert? Wait for summer, it might come yet!

LMAO. Ok, you naughty perve, have you actually tried the fragrance? The name may not be the best considering the time we are living it but WOOD describes it quite well. Like a better Gucci Rush. And honesty, I have more of a problem with "Rush" than I do "Wood" I mean at least wood describes the frag and provides a joke what does "Rush" give us? I never understood what it is about the tape cassett box that Rush comes in that is supposed to make me want to hurry... Maybe it is just me lol.

justin - I am totally a perve of the 1st rank and highest degree...

Ok - I always thought Rush was in reference to "thrill" like a rush of excitement or rush of blood to the head. Persoanlly, I think the scent would have been better named "2" x "4" or maybe the elegant "Shingle"...

"... rush of blood to the head..."

Oy. I guess that makes me a Grand Perv, 2nd class honours.

Marlen, I am sure Gucci considered both names but in product testing the participants called "2 X 4" "8" and said that Shingle made them itch. I loved the idea behind rush, a cedar scent that would engulf the wearer, sadly it didnt work, the scent of the alcohol used in the composition of the frag lasts longer than the cedar smell. Though I must thank Gucci because their Rush did convince me to hurry on my way to finding the amazing Kyoto by CdG.
